Question for you wise folks.

I have opened, but tightly sealed, bottles of gin, rum and vodka stored in a cool, dry place from over 14 years ago when we used to entertain a lot. We don't drink. Do you think this stuff is any good or should it just be tossed?

Spirits don't deteriorate at all, to my knowledge. They should be fine!

You should toss it. I'll DM you with a convenient dropoff time.

Now that is not true. I only drink white liquors before 3:00. After that I switch to brown.

One of the services I provide as your local moderator, and moderator of the Alcoholic Beverages forum, is a safety check of spirits. What time shall I stop by?

Does it matter?
Let's go drinking sometime.
And don't think I don't notice what time in the wee hours certain posters come on here.
Folks, a PSA: Don't drink and post.
