We are looking to relocate I'm a few months and like the looks of the Smyrna area. Are there other areas similar to the look and schools of Smyrna, with possibly slightly lower real estate prices?

Thanks!

You can try Woodstock.

In addition to NWAtlantaRes' suggestion of Woodstock, you could also try looking around in areas like Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Norcross 30071, Norcross/Peachtree Corners 30092, Duluth and Suwanee....These are all areas with the type of community vibe that is somewhat similar to what you like in Smyrna.

Though, one thing to keep in mind is that there is not quite anyplace that will be exactly like a city like Smyrna.

If one wants to buy into a hot area like Smyrna, one will have to pay the premium that the real estate market is asking because of the current popularity of that area.

If proximity to City of Atlanta is part of what you consider similar, then the further out suburbs/exurbs suggested above don't fit the bill.

Proximity to Atlanta isn't a factor. Thanks for the replies!
