i have hisense chromebook model c11 11" its 1-1/2 years old it has horizontal lines running thru it sometimes blacks out with lines then comes back on please let me know if this is fixable!

Try to hook it to an external monitor and if the lines show on their as well, you have a bad video card, which would probably end up being a bad motherboard.

If you move the screen back and forth and the lines go away, its probably a bad cable fr
om the motherboard to the screen.

For something that cheap, it would be cheaper to get a new one vs fixing it, unless you can find parts for cheap and do it yourself. Also Hisense SUCK big time when it comes to warranty anything, assuming you have one still.
