Glad for runoff. Scary to think a person who doesn't live in 6th district, knows nothing about the public school system, wants to raise taxes and advocates for national healthcare would even get this many votes. He's inexperienced and way too liberal.

I hope you guys are ready for 2 more months of non stop political ads. Big money is about to start pouring in. Handel certainly has some weaknesses on social issues that can be exploited in that district. My guess is that she'll try to shift the conversation away from these issues.

Ossoff was gerrymandered out of the district he has lived a long time in. But you already knew this, didn't you?

Interesting that Ossof looks to be outperforming Clinton by only 1-2%

According to 538, the odds in an Ossoff-Handel runoff are about 50-50, so this is going to be interesting.

But look at the cost. Over 8 million he spent. All the republican candidates combined spent less. That's a crazy amount of money!

Yeah Handel was not polling as well against him in head to head matchups as Moody. He definitely still has a chance.

Trump was a very disliked candidate by intelligent and educated people which is the demo in this district, so the presidential results are not really analogous. Ossoff WAY outperformed the Dem in typical House races in the 6th where the Republican usually wins by 10-20 points.

He raised 8 million - He did not necessarily spend 8 million. from what I am hearing he did not spend it all and has a nice nest egg to start with for the run off.

Handel does not have the money right now although money for her should start flowing soon.

Uhh...anyone else seen this?

The biggest liberal state and the most liberal city in New York are trying to buy their way into conservative states once again. Why can't they be satisfied enough with screwing up their own states?
