Commute was a little faster than usual tonight, but I guess it's the Tuesday after a Monday after a holiday.

It's funny. And likely less traffic than there was trying to get to a day game on the connector.

I've noticed people coming down around the stadium very early (I saw people lined up for shuttles from the Wildwood area as early as 4 PM today). This is part of the plan with the Battery development, but I think once the newness dies down a bit, we'll start to see traffic more concentrated closer to 1st pitch. I think right now people are arriving over a larger time horizon than they normally would. I believe traffic might get worse over the next few weeks, but all things considered, it hasn't been bad.

I guess all the amateur traffic planners were wrong.

For me it was about the usual/average this evening. A little bit over an hour from Alpharetta to Vinings. Left office at 5:30.

On Cobb Prkwy if it wasn't for all the police cars Cobb County, Smyrna and Marrietta you would have no idea a MLB baseball game is going on. More police walking and standing around than civilians
