Good thing we have all these people moving into in town neighborhoods in expensive homes to help offset that.

The convoluted laws that allow cities to grab tax rich commercial areas by gerrymandered borders without taking in surrounding residential is part of the problem. How about merge the two ideas into one city and rename it Eagle's Landing so as not to leave the other parts of Stockbridge to fend for themselves?
