Yeah, the Douglas County Commission and constituents have gotten played again. This is not going to generate much in the way of local high-paying jobs at all. Ironically, this was and continues to be one of the main things that seems to what large companies dope Douglas County (and Douglasville) on getting them to rezone and/or develop land for them to use to their benefit while continually taxing the infrastructure of that county.

It probably won't be enough in property tax to make any huge difference. Like I said...it's not a negative for the county. It will generate some income, but it's not a huge gain.
