There is something going on in 82 Peachtree and Metro Mall, both had construction workers inside them doing some type of work.

Looks like development partners with the Hawks are in talks to buy the Norfolk-Southern building downtown. This is pretty huge, considering how far away form the arena it is...they must be looking at the entire Gulch for development. Great article by the ajc.

hmmm. Its really not that far, I can get from the arena to NS building in 10 minutes or less by walking.

It's not even half a mile south of the arena on foot. Not sure why the article exaggerates and says it's over a mile away.

Yes - this was the distance I used. I thought it was closer but didn't map it. Either way, it's still telling about the extent of their plans for the Gulch.
