Same here. I'll be honest, ever since Dante's closed I can't stand anything about Buckhead. So if the show is going to be heavily centered there, I won't watch.

What? I thought all HGTV flips sold at or above asking price within two weeks of listing...

In other news, the crickets are still chirping over at the HGTV Dream Home listing on SSI.

Why blame Buckhead? Dante Stephenson made that decision on his own. At age 76, if I were sitting on real estate that valuable I'd take the money and run, too.

Less than two miles away on back roads. I'd say that's pretty ideally located.

What's Downtown Buckhead? When did Buckhead become a city? That's what I'm referring to.

I presume they mean the CBD, the epicenter of which I would also presume to be the intersection of Peachtree and E/W Paces Ferry. It's not what I would call a hop, skip and a jump. In fact this home looks to be located near the edge of Buckhead, not in the center of it.

I've never heard anyone from Atlanta call that area "Downtown" Buckhead. It's Buckhead Village or Lenox up the street. These people can't be from the city calling it names like that.
