So it is a big distinction but I just don't know enough about their corporate structure to know how they use Amazon Corporate LLC or the situations they would need to use it instead of Amazon.com for lobbying purposes. It is clear though that for lobbying, it's either Amazon.com or Amazon Corporate LLC.

For HQ2 speculation in GA, the fact that they're registering as Amazon Corporate LLC when in the past they've registered in GA as Amazon.com seems to mean something beyond business as usual.
Thanks

I can't find reference to this date in articles online. Where did this info come from?

I won't; although Atlanta is obviously a top contender, I think there are a few other cities that, all things considered, have just as good a chance at landing it.

If we do get it and it goes Downtown will Downtown be the King of Atlanta instead of Midtown and/or Buckhead?

East Cobb is the King of (Metro) Atlanta.

At the very least, I think it would immediately become equal to Midtown and Buckhead. It would be nice to be in a city with a vibrant downtown area and distinct midtown and uptown areas.
