If we don't given the market the tools, though, and the growth does happen, well then we're in for a heck of a spike.

Indeed, it's only a little bit further walk to their airport station than to ours. It just looks a little weird/awkward, as you have to walk through a parking area. But no biggie.

Yeah, Atlanta does have the best airport-subway connection in the business, but it's not that big of a deal.
