I tried searching existing Forums about this building but couldn't find any directly about this one.
It is now October and I was wondering if construction was still on for this tower
Construction was originally slated for October back in May. I was hoping that that was still the case.

They're still working on getting their building permits. They're very near to having their land development permit.

Plus, I was curious if Atlantic Station was going to continue construction
various proposals were made for Atlantic Station
That would include "General Motors" (Which I believe is no more) and other office towers
I wish Atlantic Station could get rid of all of those holes/ tennis courts

That's a lot of change for 1,400 sf. And an $8k HOA fee? Wowzers...

It's pretty much a coastal price. I'm fascinated to see how deep the market is for that price point in Atlanta, and specifically Midtown.

Either way, never complain about a shiny new trophy in the skyline!
