Looking for feedback on a potential move to ATL suburbs:
A senior employee that would eventually have early morning start times (4:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. start)
Top requirements:
1. Adult Day training programs for my autistic 23 year old son.
Plus any feedback on programs, private and state sponsored (Speech & Occupational Therapies) for autistic adults.
2. Low crime.
3. Top rated schools for my middle and high school age children.
4. $300,000 - $400,00 single family home.
5. Newer homes/subdivisions over older established neighborhoods?
6. West/East/South? of Hartsfield/Atlanta International Airport, (30 to 45 minute commute times max).

Lesser requirements
1. Acreage

That's easy most of Delta pilots stay in Peachtree City area. Fayette county has one of the best school systems in the nation.

Yeah pretty near only option to meet those requirements is the south side. The areas on the north side with good schools would be a rough commute to the airport, even with MARTA.

PTC can be a bit pricey but the rest of Fayette County is still really nice with a decent commute to the airport area. There's not a single bad school in the entire county.

Most Delta commuters live in Fayette County (Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone) or Coweta County (Newnan, Sharpsburg, Senoia). Both counties have good schools and easy access to the airport.

There are also some Delta commuters from East Cobb and parts of Henry County.
