And out of the blue pops up a (second: EDIT, misread that there was an EAV location; this would be the first) Boggs Social & Supply restaurant bar right across from Lean Drafthouse:
https://atlanta.eater.com/2019/10/9/...st-end-atlanta. According to the article they have korean-styled wings, which already sound far more flavorful than Lean's. Competition will be good for LDH's menu I think.

Gonna check it out!

this is developing fast.

https://www.ajc.com/news/local/opini...1ys6cz5jkpJXL/

tldr: community unrest about backdoor beltline development deals at murphy's crossing.

1 part gentrifier mortified at potentially having invested in a home where the development would be boxy walmarty, 1 part legacy neighbors expressing continued anger of being left out of plans, and 1 part beltline business as usual.

A short bike ride down the street from me! Thanks for sharing Lynn; I had figured no one was interested. Also to add to the list, Buzz Coffee less than a five-minute drive down off of Cascade is also a Black-owned and run coffee shop with tea. It's much smaller than this upcoming place though.
