The prices in this area are just so shocking to me. A Westview home listed for $950k is under contract after a sell on my street of $927k earlier this year. Another home around the corner from that one is listed for $925k. I've always felt West End was the west side's answer to Grant Park. The prices are reflecting it much more quickly than I anticipated.

Rush hour traffic was hell earlier this week so I did a bypass on Cascade and ended up passing through. The area has nice older homes, looks like there is potential especially closer to where the BeltLine meets the I-20, but not quite there yet. I wonder if the neighborhoods immediately south get the same attention as what’s been reported here

Just wait until English Ave and Vine city hit 300K/400K. This things just getting started.
