I particularly need a sofa/loveseat, but could use a coffee table too. I don't want to hit up the furniture bank, b/c I think the people who are designated low income should be the ones to hit that place up. Any hidden gems where I can score a sweet deal. Thanks!

If you're going the thrift store route, you'll find a higher grade of furniture at places like Second Life than you will at Goodwill.

And the cheapest new option would be Ikea. I'm sitting on a sectional from there that I've owned for ~6 years. Cushions are a little flat/don't fluff as well now but it's structurally as new.

The rest of my house is all Craigslist, but I had time to shop/no pressing need and was able to cherry pick the best pieces for the best prices.

Yeah, the Habitat Restore off Memorial Dr. usually has a nice selection of furniture, sometimes some high-end stuff even. It's not always the cheapest, but if you go on one of their discount days, you can find some nice deals.
