Seems like a decent time of year to visit Charleston.

Yeah. Its my first time seeing it first hand. The hotel was in Savannah GA which is equally beautiful.. Charleston is very vibrant though.

Starting to see Atlanta very differently. Becoming depressing. The pay and benefits are okay but it's hard to get ahead in this city when every job gives you s#1t hours and isn't accomodating to people trying to go to school part time or those who have kids.

Everyone be careful out there over the next few days. Word on the street is that the video from the cops beating and killing a man in Memphis is worse than the George Floyd killing and is from multiple angles from body cams and streetlight cameras. The video may come out Friday afternoon, and based on what we experienced last weekend from the Cop City protests, I wouldn't be surprised if more bad actors try to start some stuff as people are likely to gather downtown and around CNN Center/Centennial Park after work.

People have jobs now compared to 2020 and rioters aren’t going to be getting payed off to make things look bad under Trump so I expect all the issues to be confined to Memphis

Hey, folks! I'll be in town in a few weeks for the Publix Marathon. Staying downtown. Any good new downtown restaurants for a Saturday or Sunday night? Thanks!
