Yep.

The property in question is actually located in the City of Sandy Springs just about 100 yards or so beyond the actual northern boundary of Buckhead.

But when one is trying to sell a $6 million mansion that just happens to be about 100 yards from the technical northern limit of Buckhead, one is most likely going to use the Buckhead name (and brand) to sell that multimillion-dollar mansion.

That is just simply because the Buckhead name and brand is a much bigger, much more famous and much more glamorous name and brand (and a bigger seller) than Sandy Springs.

And I don't blame the real estate agent/broker for using the Buckhead name and brand to sell that multimillion mansion despite the address of the property technically not actually physically not being in Buckhead.

Having a multimillion-dollar that was only about 100 yards outside of the actual physical boundary of Buckhead and not using the very famous Buckhead name and brand to sell said property would be real estate malpractice.

Make no mistake, Sandy Springs is a more than respectable address and highly affluent community in its own right.

But Buckhead is the community that is recognized by many as the "Beverly Hills of the South."

Duluth High School grad and Grayson Tech student John Kadadu worked on the Grammy-nominated "Revenge of the Dreamers III" as a recording engineer.

In addition to being nominated for a Grammy, the "Revenge of the Dreamers III" album is notable for including the popular single "Middle Child" which charted as a hit song in early 2019. The song was performed by Hip-Hop superstar J. Cole.

(John) Kadadu, a Duluth High School graduate still based out of Duluth, was part of a team that produced an album that was recently nominated for a Grammy. Kadadu was a recording engineer on the album “Revenge of the Dreamers III.” The album is one of five up for Best Rap Album of the year.

The album is a collaboration of artists signed by the Dreamville Record Label, established by artist J. Cole in 2007. The album is a blend of rap, trap and R&B genres and was recorded over several days in January 2019 at Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta.
