would be a calamity (the approach to the house is beautiful).
I'm hoping (against hope) the two additional lots would be platted behind the house on the Tuxedo Road side of the property. While I don't love that option either, it's a lot better than what you're suggesting. However, looking at the aerial it would seem that going front and back of the existing house would be the only practical way to create three lots.

I think you're referring to Villa Juanita next door. The Pink Palace is not walled in; there is an
allee of Dogwoods down the drive to the front door that is clearly visible from WPF.
