How do I go about getting season tickets for the Falcons 2018 season?? I called the number on their website, and after a whopping FORTY-FIVE MINUTES of being on hold, I just hung up. I fill out some form on the website with basic info about myself, and I got an automatic reply that someone will get back with me. Supposedly by filling out the form, I'm putting myself on the list for tickets??

I've never purchased season tickets before, and not really sure how all this it works. Are people clamoring for tickets next season because of the new stadium, and this explains why I couldn't get through to anyone by phone? Or are season tickets in general just hard to get every year?

I want to give them as a gift next year, but now I don't know....

They probably don't have many people in the office right now because of the snow.

You have to purchase a PSL agreement or seat and then season tickets are offered. It real a catch 20/20 because if they make the playoffs the prices of remaining PSL’s could go up, but if they don’t make the playoffs you probably get a better deal. You can go to the Atlanta Falcons site for more information. The phone service for the team does suck.

What is a PSL agreement? And why would the price go up? When I buy season tickets, isn't that paid for upfront all at once? I thought I get the season tickets for whatever the price is when I actually purchase them...

Do a simply google search, furthermore 2018 pricing and tickets would not even be available with the 2017 season still going on. We don’t even know the schedule for next year.

A simply Google search didn't return the results I was looking for, but thanks.
