Before i put my house on the market for sale or rent I want to put a new roof, new siding and gutters on the house. I got a 20k bid from Ben Hill and would like to check 2 more companies. Any one out there with a good recommendation.

We used Townlake and Associates. They did a good job on the roof at a fair price but they DID try to ring up some extras - so I would say they're a good choice but to stay vigilant or they'll talk you into more.
