Took a freakin' lawsuit threat to knock some sense into the Brookhaven City Council. Maybe they will stop trying to act like they're governing Jesusland.

Hopefully we get a few more triple shootings out of this.

What a debacle.

So the city will let the PP deal run out, apply the new law changes at that time and give no special deals.

As I recall there has only been one triple shooting at the late night bars in the entire last month.

Yeah, really, that headline is bizarre.

I mean, what strip club is going to open up now knowing that the deal expires in 2020 and they will all likely be forced out at that time?

An excellent point; there is no reason for a prospective club to expect cooperation at that juncture.
Linley Jones doesn't sound like the sharpest tool in the shed.

What I can't figure is why the strip clubs and late night bars don't simply locate in some place like Decatur, Kirkwood or Duluth where they'd be welcome?

Decatur won't even let liquor stores within their exalted boundaries.
