So... um [stupid question warning] -- what exactly is "authentic Southern food"? Or, whatever version of it is most known in Georgia? I think I have an idea, but not so sure, and I'd like to hear what that is from real Southerners.

That is a pretty glaring omission...maybe those who know about it are trying to prevent longer lines at lunchtime!
Quinnie's at Vista Grove Shopping Center in Oak Grove is pretty good, too.
