Five years ago when my wife was at Midway ES it was a Title I School and majority AA and Latinx. It’s now nearly 50% Asian now that the AA and Latinx kids are mostly at Brandywine. White enrollment in Forsyth peaked a few years ago and is slowly declining annually. My wife works in the district and, trust me, student demographics are something to which the district pays close attention.
I know the demographics were changing but I didn't realize they were changing so rapidly...

Though it won’t be as high as North Fulton, it’s only a matter of time before the best East Cobb zones (Lassiter/Pope/Walton) have large Asian populations as well. A lot of the small cluster new construction homes in those areas are being bought up by Asians right now.

A large amount of my second-generation Indian friends are targeting areas like East Cobb and avoiding North Fulton/S Forsyth, because they are trying to avoid the heavy Indian populations there that tend to be recent immigrants working in IT.

I do see the diff between 1st and 2nd generation immigrants. At the end of the day, they will all become Americans. When you look purely on races, you will miss the points of the huge differences.

Any thoughts on the above schools?
These schools are all fine. For some reason, academic competition in high school scares non-Asians to the point of actually moving out of those communities. While the workload can be rigorous, it pays off when the student attends college, especially tough academic programs like STEM degrees at Ga Tech. Too many high school kids coast and once they get to college they can't even pass the introductory physics class.
