1. My new fiancé and I live in Phoenix after having to move suddenly from Boston (nice change!)

2. We need to fly into Atlanta each month (for a week) to have visitation with my little girl.

3. We want to buy/rent a condo.

PLEASE help us to decide what areas to live in by posting simple (or detailed) responses. Your future is in our hands.. or is it the other way around

Realtors, come get us; we'll be in town May 3-5 to check things out.

Where in the metro Atlanta area will your daughter be living? There's no sense in you buying a condo on the opposite side of town and spending 1/2 the week driving back and forth to visit.

Thanks for the reply as do not know where to turn right now.

She will be near Athens with her Mother but I think we’ll meet ½ for the pickup and drop off. Budget is not as relevant.
