I can't be too sure given how fast it happened but there were no noticeable markings. I think I have seen a few Dekalb and Gwinnett Police however that are marked but the markings are just a tiny shade lighter than the body paint making it impossible to see until its too late.

Yeah, I was assuming it was one of those markings. They don't appear until the lights hit them at night.

However, ticketing/arrests are very much used to collect (not serve and protect) and so to read that comment lol. They collect often and are incentivized to do so because our criminal justice system from the police department, bonds, lawyers, virtually slave labor in prison for corporations, feeds off of criminalizing and enslaving people (in particular the poor, black and brown men).

Pretty much.

One of the reasons that I was apprehensive when the city movement started here because most areas in the NE that have small cities that's all the departments are known for doing in their area.

I guess I didn't think of that. So when unincorporated areas turn into cities, they tend to raise a lot of the city's revenue from tickets?

Everyone please be careful when driving on 75 South. Please drive especially carefully around the 256/255 area. I notice there is always a state patrol vehicle right around these exits and it's pretty often I see pulled over cars.
