Default Roswell Relocation

Hello, yes Roswell is an excellent town in which to raise children. Schools are also excellent. Other areas to consider include Alpharetta and East Cobb. These three areas offer the best schools and most households are families. Similarly, you will find many community activities such as sports, etc.

If you would like to search for homes, try harrynorman.com. You can view all homes on the market in the MLS.

Good luck!

Dee,

Here's Roswell>>>

You might want to expand your search into Cobb County which includes the communities around Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Mableton and Smyrna. From previous threads on this area it seems that Smyrna might offer more housing options in your price range.

I live in the part of North-East Cobb which has Roswell 30075 mailing addresses. The older subdivisions in this area do have housing in Dee's price range.

Default Forsyth County

With 13, 9 and 6 you are going to want EXCELLENT schools (not just "good ones).

Also, how about the LOWEST taxes?

In your price range, you can have all that in Forsyth County...and still get to a braves game in 45 minutes.

Suwanee is 'up and coming' and is making an effort to be a really great place to live from what I hear.
Suwanee, GA>>>
Welcome to Suwanee, Georgia

It would be a horrible commute into Atlanta each day, FWIW.

When you have a chance you can 'Search' the forum for previous discussions on 'Suwanee'. When you find a particular area then posters can provide better information.
