Marginalized =/= poor. If I had meant poor I would have said poor.

10 Grand isnt alot of money though. Not calling them poor or rich but ...I dont think that it is strong enough a barometer to judge their income class.

Eh, they arrest a couple of people for this multiple times a year. Won't stop em when 99% of them get away easily. The video of the cops on feet running and diving trying to catch dirt bikes was just silly.

Why is it silly when they are trying to protect pedestrians and others from getting hurt or possibly run over and killed? There is a time and place for dirt bikes, and it aint on the public streets of any city.

Because they have the advantage? The cops looked silly trying to jump and push the guys off their bikes and quads. It was interesting to me that the motorcycle cop just moved to the side and waited for them.

Because they plainly have no chance of catching them on foot or even in a patrol car and chasing them may induce even greater risk to innocent harm.

Something that may work a bit better however is when these instances occur, a few patrol cars just park and deploy camera employed police operated aerial drones that follow them to their residency while recording as much information about them as possible and one Saturday after Krispy Creme... nail em at home.

I would not be upset if it were legal for someone to smash a baseball bat into the ATV riders' skulls either. Screw them.

treated as insignificant

So to feel significant they need to break a bunch of laws. That sounds really stupid. Like the critical m-ass morons here. Hold up traffic so that everyone hates them. Bravo.
