The renovation of this historic downtown house will be a big boost to the area. It has looked decrepit for a long time. Fixing it up harkens back to the day when downtown was a single family neighborhood.

In my opinion the ATL can use more "old house" restaurants. We've always enjoyed dining in places like that.
