We are looking at a home in this community and wondered if anyone had any information to share on the community itself, quality of homes there (Beazer Homes is the builder) or any other info in general.

Thanks so much!

I can't comment on the actual quality of those homes, but they start in the $400K range and they're in the Lassiter High School and Avenues of West Cobb shopping district - considered a very nice area. So the area is very nice. Maybe someone else with experience in Beazer Homes can comment on the particular quality of these, though.

Oops, atlantagreg, that seems a bit confusing. How does anyplace in Powder Springs get to be in the Lassiter High School district?

OOPS.. my bad. I was reading other comments and posted one. I probably got it wrong on another too. Damn. LOL

I meant HILLGROVE, actually - the area I'm talking about with nice homes is in that district. Several people I know have pulled their kids from McEachern to move up there. Link: Hillgrove High School - Powder Springs, Georgia - GA - school overview
