I tend to agree. Some people just can't get by without getting stoned.

They deserve compassion rather than criminalization. The increased tax revenue can be used for treatment/prevention.

There's nothing wrong with getting stoned. I don't need compassion and I don't need treatment.

Humans have been using the cannabis plant for thousands of years, same with alcohol.

It's only when things are done to excess do any of these substances become a real problem.
