Planning to be there in a couple weeks. Saw Lenox Square was reopening, what's it like overall now?

Between bowling, numerous tattoos, and getting a mani/pedi, I haven't had much time to catch my breath!!! (kidding).

But seriously, I have been out and about over the last few weeks, doing things like grabbing a takeout coffee on a Saturday when the family needs to get out of the house.

The traffic is obviously still light, but I did anecdotally notice a pickup in traffic this past weekend vs. prior weekends. Very few places have chosen to open up their dining rooms just yet, however a good amount of places are offering takeout, and now that they've had a few weeks to practice, many have gotten quite good at it. Many places that didn't before are offering online touch-free order ahead, including coffee shops.

People are definitely out and about at the parks and beltline, mostly just strolling. So I think if your goal was to eat some tasty food, drink some good coffee, and checkout the outdoors then you are good. If you wanted to do more touristy things like the aquarium and the like, I think you would be disappointed as most of those kind of places are still closed.

Mainly the way it is everywhere else in America. Fast Food & Restaurants are mostly drive-thru / takeout only. Most shopping centers are closed, as well as retail. It wouldnt be a good idea to go into a place as enclosed and as populated as a mall despite leadership reopening things doesnt necessarily make it safer. They are only homing in on business trying to keep an economic fallout (which is inevitable at this point) from occuring. They are not concerned about the health of the general people but rather cash flow. I personally believe GA is reopening too soon and it could have catastrophic consequences for its locals.

Parks and trails are open as they are everywhere else and are generally safe as long as you social distance.
