Hi there. I’m looking at a house in flowery branch. Schools are very important to me, I have elementary aged children. How is spout springs elementary? And Cherokee bluff middle and high? Any personal experiences or insight would be helpful!

Understandable.

I will simply say that for the same house price (+/-), you can live around 2 or 3 miles to the southwest of Flowery Branch and have some of the best public schools in the state.

Flowery Branch schools aren't bad, and I'd expect they're on an upward trajectory. I'd note though, that that area of the metro is one of the fastest growing (south Hall, north Gwinnett, Forsyth).

Which means that I will just about guarantee that your school districts will change, student body makeup will change, schools will get bigger.

In Buford, that's not really going to happen.
