I am considering renting at 17th Street Lofts at Atlantic Station, however I cannot find any information about livng there. I need to know if they are high quality, as far as construction, do they have thin walls, for the price, if it is safe, if it is quiet considering that it is in the heart of Atlantic Station nightlife.

Well, we just moved from Atlanta and we used to stay at 1016 Lofts which is just by Chow Baby. 17th street is way overrated and Atlantic station is not what it used to be. You probably end up paying too much for an area that is played out...

Yeah, do your research because about a year ago or less there were some write ups in the local media about a contractor who had done things improperly on several buildings in Atlantic Station. I think it was 6 buildings of condos that had structural problems, cracked balconies, water leakage, etc., and they were having to fix them. Maybe with some Googling you can find if those lofts were part of the problem.

That doesn't exist unless "nightlife" is hanging out at chain restaurants.

Default should be fine...

I live at the Twelve in Atlantic Station. While it's true that the ATL Lofts had some water-leaking problems, there haven't been similar problems reported for the 17th Street Lofts.

You also shouldn't have any problems with the "nightlife." 17th Street doesn't face "Central Park," where most people mill about--and besides, I've heard several current residents of ATLofts, which surrounds that Central Park, say that they've never had a problem with weekend noise.

Try craigslist for units in 17th Street, but honestly, I don't think that anything is available, which may be why you haven't been able to find any info on it.
