Waste of money.

City is tiny and officer response time is very quick. I can't imagine a scenario when the drone will beat the officers.

They will have to pay an officer to pilot the drone full time? I mean holy **** we have money to burn apparently.

That said I wonder when the last time Dekalb's helicopter was used effectively.
