I can't even tell what letters this new sign is comprised of.

When I first came here in the 80's it was the "Southern Bell" tower, then BellSouth, then at&t (the worst logo ever, done in-house by an employee for sure).

This new one definitely marks that things have changed, but I am clueless as to what it is.

Tower Square, which is the re-branding name of the tower (the logo was developed for it).

I'm not a fan either.

It looks like the logo you’d see from a random construction contractor on the fence of a construction site.

Thanks everyone.

The Norfolk Southern HQ will ensure that retail and food places can survive there.

Any idea what will be going into the old Norfolk Southern building on Peachtree when they vacate?

It is being put on the rental market by Cousins Properties.

With increased vacancy and negative office absorption with the pandemic slowing down growth needs of office space for companies, it is a bad time to rent something out.

The building does have a good prominent frontage of Peacthree and would be ideal for mid-side company that is renting space in multiple buildings to consolidate into. It is 370k square feet.

It could also be a good opportunity for a company to leave one of the larger towers where it rents several floors, but they could move into a building where they are the only business in the building.

Despite bad timing, it could get some interest.

With all the eateries going in across the street at Colony Square, it should help.
