Hello. Moving to Atlanta area in June, looking at house options in North Gwinett school cluster. (for its easy access to I-85 as well) I have a kid going to middle school & another in elementary. Can you help with recommendations of subdivisions we can look at for buying? Budget $400-550k.
Suwanee so far looks very good to us. What is the diversity like in this place?

The area within the North Gwinnett school cluster is still majority-white for now but appears to be trending heavily towards being a majority-minority community in the near future.

The growing amount of diversity in the area is reflected in the schools where racial and ethnic minorities currently make up more than 53% of the student population at North Gwinnett High School.

(The racial/ethnic breakdown of the student population at North Gwinnett High School is 47% White, 27% Asian, 12% Black, 9% Hispanic, 5% Multiracial.)

One basically cannot really go wrong with any subdivision in the North Gwinnett school cluster, it just depends on one’s budget for housing as to which subdivision one may choose to live in.

There really are no bad subdivisions or neighborhoods in the North Gwinnett school cluster.

Just be sure to do extensive research and make sure that any subdivision or neighborhood is the right fit for your family before buying.

https://www.centurycommunities.com/f...uwanee-reserve This is North Gwinnett but is all sold out. There's nearby Level Creek by the same builder but I believe that community is Lanier High. Prices increased $40,000 - $50,000 compared to 6 months ago.

https://www.odwyerhomes.com/communit...t-morningside/ I believe this is in the North Gwinnett district (home prices in this neighborhood increased $40,000 - $50,000 compared to 6 months ago here too).

Sophia Downs | New Homes in Suwanee GA I believe this is also in the North Gwinnett district.
