Edgewood Avenue between Boulevard and Jackson Street will be closed off to cars starting the second week of June..."

I've been out late on Edgewood plenty of times, never seen a crime but have seen way too many cars not paying attention to the throngs of pedestrians overflowing the tiny sidewalks. Sounds like a great idea that'll make it more enjoyable to go out there.
