Inside perimeter (285) --- use to be GEorgia Tech territory -- outside of 285- - all Dawgs.

Don't know if that's changed with Georgia State having a team now.

Same here.

I personally like and enjoy watching college football more than I like and enjoy watching NFL football, though I do like the NFL as well.

I enjoy the deep-rooted rivalries, the history and tradition, the pageantry, the marching bands and the many fiercely loyal fan bases in college football, particularly in Southern and even Midwestern college football.

The NFL very often puts out a good and very entertaining product, often with the most talented players in the sport at every position, but (even with the increasing corporatization in big-time college football) the NFL can be a very corporatized environment and (outside of a relatively few select NFL cities) the fan passions for NFL football are not necessarily on the same level as the fan passions are for college football across most of the entire greater American South and into much of the Midwest.

I voted Bulldogs even though I'm a Georgia Tech grad. The Falcons drew a Blank.

How are the sports stations? Is it mostly Falcons, mostly college, or a good mixture between the two. I know in Dallas, the Cowboys own the market in football. College Football gets segment on afternoon shows once or twice a week.

your poll question doesn't match the title question.

Atlanta cares more about college football for several reasons:

1) college football hall of fame
2) nearby Georgia Bulldogs and their recent success
3) years of disappointment by pro football
4) Many in the ATL area are not from here, what brings neighbors together is the college football piece.

I know this is anecdotal, but in my neighborhood and at the bus stop, it's all about the college football. Neighbor's houses have flags adorning their college team, etc.
