I usually vote Republican but Trump turned me off so much I had to vote for Biden, even though I'm not a fan of him... It was the lesser of two evils. One is an egomaniac who never apologizes, only cares about himself, and would put himself over the country (a sociopath) and the other is becoming more senile but when it comes down to it, I think he would do the right thing but Trump wouldn't.

It's temporary for Virginia, people dislike Biden almost as much as Trump. Georgia is still trending bluer and bluer even if you want to deny it. The demographic changes alone say this will happen regardless of short term shifts between election cycles. These short terms shifts happen all the time from the swing voters as the American public gets fed up with one party and then go back to the other party. Yes Trump helped and made Georgia temporarily more blue than it really is but it's still inevitable that Republicans are losing more control of this state. Most of the people relocating to Georgia are coming from blue areas or are minority populations that are more likely to vote Democratic. The majority of the republican party voting block is white males and rural white voters and that block is shrinking. Suburban white women though still slightly more likely to vote Republican, tend to go back and forth with how they vote depending on what's going on at the time.

I'm not denying anything I'm giving you the current reality what happened in a state (Virginia) that was much more blue than Georgia. It's the current reality. Trump being off the ballot in 2022 changes everything as Virginia just showed. Trump is an anomaly politically.
