Anyone live here? It looks huge, but seems to have nice amenities, but are they "overrun" with kids in the summer? Is it just too huge? Are the home quality built? Schools good? Any recommendation / suggestions / info appreciated.

I have a friend who lived there and liked it. Additionally, when it was time to sell her house it was on the market for maybe 2 months.

Keep in mind that Paulding County while growing rapidly is still considered a "rural bedroom community", and you're going to have lots of kids pretty much in
any subdivision there.
But you can go to paulding.com and there are rooms specifically for school topics. It's pretty much a Paulding-only resident chat board so the folks there will be up on subdivision gossip, schools, etc. Some of them are kind of freaky, but there's good info if you sift through it all on there specifically for Paulding.
