Legacy or Eric Chafin?

Legacy builds houses. I've never lived in one so I can't speak to how well they're built, but walking in one just makes you feel like you are buying one of the "McMansions" so many people here talk about. It's big, and cheap.

Instead of having straight incentives they do "homes of the week" and say "just tell us what you want and we'll ask." I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency, but offer a Legacy price and see what happens. Also if I remember correctly EC doesn't give you all of the appliances either. Still a better product, but make sure you get exactly what you want. Homebuilders are hurting no matter what they try to tell you!

Yes, Legacy Communities usually gives blinds & appliances in the price; that is worth considering when comparing builders.

Legacy is a nightmare, their work is sloppy, their warranty dept seem to be quality assurance rejects and my motto "LEGACY WILL MAKE U !!!!
