Does anyone know if this (Sembler - Town Brookhaven) is the development going up on Johnson Ferry Road in Chamblee? If not, what street / and location will it be at?

TOWN Brookhaven - Atlanta, GA - The Sembler Company

Thanks all!

It is the giant cleared land off Peachtree Rd right by Oglethorpe - there is also another new development going up in the area you may want to be aware of:

Johnson Ferry East

Not sure of the timing on that one, but it will add retail and housing in the area as well. There is also another (I think smaller) retail are being built nearby called the Shops at Brookleigh http://www.madisonretailllc.com/downloads/shops%20of%20brookleigh%20FINAL.pdf (broken link)

Cool thanks for the Shops at Brookleigh link. I hadn't seen that before. Looking at their map, it is the exact same space as the Johnson Ferry East development. So I assume they thought "Shops at Brookleigh" was a more enticing name for the development than "Johnson Ferry East". Based on the diagram, it definitely looks like the retail that is coming will be more of the boutique style. Glad to see they are putting in a 4 acre park as well.
Between this place and Town:Brookhaven, 2009 is going to be an exciting year for Brookhaven!
