I am new to this forum, I looked over posts but was not able to find answer on my questions.

My questions to you guys as follows:

- where (exactly) invest in MidTown Atlanta GA, to make 100k in 1 -2 yrs?
- Is that be house or condo?
- forclosure?
- I heard that MidTown area (closer to I-285) will be soon re-developed, is that true? If so, where did you hear that, where is the facts?

with this economy like today (ressesion & depression) its a ton of forclosures in that area, I know its time to buy, but which district of MidTown (Atlanta GA) to buy?

Any advice?
Thanks.

Condo foreclosures that overlook Woodruff Park.

However, a $100k profit in 12-24 months seems to be a stretch from reason.

well, 100k - means buy a house forclosure around 60k and sell in 2 yrs for 160k
that is reasonable....

what about closer to 285 ?

in Center Hill Park area ?

Grove Park area?

Maddoxx Park area?

any other ideas?

I say Home Park, the neighborhood between Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech.
But I agree with the other posters that the days of the easy money house-flip are over for now.
