Default Ideas for Anniversary Dinner

Depends on how swanky you want to go....you said anniversary celebration ,so I'm going to assume y'all might kick it up a notch. Some very yummy places (in my opinion) are:

Rathbun's
Rathbun's Steakhouse
Parish (Concentrics Group)
Two Urban Licks (Way cool!)
Spice Market
Aria (down in the wine cellar)
Canoe (the view is worth it)
Watershed (Decatur)

No matter where you choose to dine, y'all will have a great time because you're celebrating a wonderful occasion. CONGRATS!!!

I second most of the above (Two Urban Licks is pretty loud, if you actually want to talk to your spouse), and I have to put in a plug for my girl Hilary White at The Hil in Palmetto. The drive is nice, and Serenbe is lovely.

'Quite a while'--the happy hours were great, maybe the best free 'h'orderves', I cannot spell this word--but you know what I mean. Good Sunday Brunch, too.

Popular in the mid/70's and 80's --did they make it into the 90's?

Offbeat, for an anniversary--I have never been but always wanted to try 'The Cabin', if that is the correct name on Buford Highway at N. Druid Hills.

LoopNet - The Cabin, Restaurant, 2678 Buford Highway, Atlanta, GA

I heard it was rustic and the steaks were great.

Ooops--Looks like it is For Sale--probably not serving dinner at this time.

I agree with everyone who has mentioned Rathbun's - if you go you have to have the gouda creamed corn! And the desserts are delicious, especially the gooey toffee cake.

Someone at my spouses work mentioned Soto Soto any feedback from anyone??

I am leaning towards Rathbuns for the food or Dantes for the shock factor.

If Rathbun's is your choice, better make your reservations now.
