I doubt you will find one. I believe that as of July 1, refinery production has been a minimum of E10 (10% ethanol) to meet EPA standards.

what? e85 is not gasoline and not measured by the same standards.

the most ethapuke you can have in standard gasoline is 10%, so he is correct

i've heard many citgo stations do not mix in ethanol.

Of course it is...just with 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. Most vehicles run on E10 which is 10% ethanol and 90% gasoline. They are both ethanol/gasoline mixes.

E85 and Flex Fuel Vehicles | SmartWay Grow & Go | US EPA (http://www.epa.gov/smartway/growandgo/documents/factsheet-e85.htm - broken link)

E85 Fuel
While pure ethanol is rarely used for transportation fuel, there are several ethanol-gasoline blends in use today. E85 is a blend of 85 percent denatured ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. In certain areas, higher percentages of gasoline will be added to E-85 during the winter to ensure that vehicles are able to start at very cold temperatures.

E85 cannot be used in a conventional, gasoline-only engine. Vehicles must be specially designed to run on it. The only vehicles currently available to U.S. drivers are known as flex fuel vehicles (FFVs), because they can run on E85, gasoline, or any blend of the two. Much like diesel fuel, E85 is available at specially-marked fueling pumps. Today, nearly 700 fueling stations offer it.

Another common mix is E10, a blend of 10 percent ethanol and 90 percent gasoline. E10 is available in many areas across the United States and can be used in any gasoline vehicle manufactured after 1980.

I might be wrong, but if they're not then they might be breaking a law. It was my understanding that all metro gas stations in the metro area MUST do the mixture in the Summer months due to a clean(er) air act a couple or so years ago. Once fall hits, they can leave it alone or switch back to non-eth mix.

Hmm unsure. There is a lovely lack of information surrounding anything "clean" for some mysterious reason.. In either case hall, barrow (and bartow i think) should be exempt as they are not part of clean air

But i know that if they use ethanol they have to disclose it at the pump (usually via the sticker)

The law allows for up to 10% ethanol and I think many retailers have included ethanol because it may cost less.

People are under the impression that ethanol is somehow inferior or just "filler" although this couldn't be further from the truth! Ethanol contains oxygen and burns faster. It actually will boost horsepower and burn much cleaner and actually extends the life of your engine because it cools better when running on ethanol. Having ethanol in your gasoline makes the gasoline more powerful.

The downside is slightly decreased fuel economy. Ethanol is used in racing fuel formlations.
If you go by octane ratings, ethanol fuels have higher octane ratings.
I used to live near daytona beach, florida and ther ewere some gas stations that sold this super high test racing fuel at the pumps. They charged a premium for ethanol blends!

I think the other downside is that it makes the fuel more flammable. And that it's produced from corn which has a whole bunch of debates for another day.

i bought into an ethanol plant in southwest georgia. it is the largest in the southeast currently, with a capacity of 100 million gallons per year. it just opened a few months ago, but its doing well so far. The plant has the ability to switch from corn to other materials for ethanol production, like switchgrass. It also sells dry ice as a by-product of producing ethanol. There are others planned or already under construction in georiga. Its coming.
