Hello Atlanta, I thought the best way to get some answers is to ask the people of Atlanta directly. Well like a lot of bloggers I too am looking to move to Georgia from Beverly Ma. For the most part people I have spoken to friends and family and they think its a good move for me and my kids and my reluctant husband - he's not to sure about it at all. His fear is we'll get out there and not be able to support ourselves because of what he has heard "Atlanta has no jobs to offer". I personally don't see it the same way. I have come across lots of job postings especially in the field we are use to working. He has an associates degree in applied science and has been working manurfacturing jobs. Me, well although i have some college I've stuck to admin jobs which seems to pay well. But I will get to why I decided to post. In Massachusetts it seem like the best time to get hired is around back to school time or in the beginning of the year. Would this be the same for Georgia? When does hiring time seem to peak out in Georgia? I look to everyone's reply's.
