Hi everyone,

I am considering moving to Roswell...Can't afford the $200K homes. Are you going to be in a low-class, run-down area if you can't afford $200K and above?

Also, is there any changes going to happen in the community (developments, construction). I see that there are some condos going through renovations in order to raise prices?

Thanks in advance for your comments

I didn't know there were homes in Roswell for under 200K. Most of Roswell is really nice but someone who knows these less expensive neighborhoods would be better to help you out. Check out the schools you home is zoned to along with crime stats in your neighborhood. I doubt there are any "ghettoes" in Roswell, except for the apartments on Holcomb Bridge.

Roswell is expensive. you might be able to find something near Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb bridge for that price, but i doubt you'll find much. maybe a nice condo in the area though. the nicest part of roswell is west roswell, yet most new homes going up are at least 600k and most used houses in that area are at least 280k.
