Our 2-year old male Siberian Husky (red/white) is missing from our yard as of yesterday in the West End Atlanta neighborhood of Oglethorpe/Peeples/Queen street area.

There is a substantial reward for returning him.

His name is trooper and he was without a collar.

Please email me at anika74@comcast.net or call 404-551-3211 and leave a message if I am not home.

Thanks.

ps If anyone has any ideas about how to go about finding this dog besides the traditional things I have thought of...pound, posting flyers...please post your ideas

Thanks again.

I'm near you and will definitely keep my eye out. I know these guys are like part of the family, and when they're missing the world stops.

I will be out riding or walking this evening along RDA, Oglethorpe, or White St and will keep my eyes open.

Also, post your message on the neighborhood website as well. Wish you the best.

If you see him, please hold him and call us

Have you checked with the local animal shelter to see if it has been picked up? It is a good idea to contact them and leave your name and telephone, just in case. I have a dog named "Frosty," which I love tremendously. I will pray for his return. Good-luck to you.

Has the doggy come home yet? He's absolutely adorable, my heart aches for the owner until he is returned safely. He's probably at the neighbors, his collar fell off ... they may be waiting for some kind of a 'sign' or something.

Sorry I don't live near you, otherwise I'd be out "on foot" or in the car.

No not yet, but there were some sightings of him yesterday. We will canvass the neighborhood more tomorrow. I really hope he is with a neighbor rather than wandering far off as Huskies are apt to do.

Yes, we checked the Fulton County Animal Shelter and called the Humane society. We will keep checking each day.

Thank you. I hope we find him too and soon.
