Anyone have inside scoop on people looking to sell a home in Redfield? We're aggressively looking but don't like what's on the market now and thought some of the Dunwoody insiders (you know who you are) may know of friends, colleagues, etc. looking to sell but haven't put their home on the market yet. Our budget is between 4 and 6 depending on the condition of the house. If you have scoop, please PM me. We close on our house in Dec and would be willing to move soon after. Thx!

Redfield is a very nice neighborhood, but man, is it expensive! Wish I could help you on this one, but unfortunately I don't know anyone that lives there. It would be nice if you could move in there before x-mas, because the neighborhood really goes balls to the wall in terms of x-mas light displays and ornate lawn decorations. Good luck!

I don't know of anyone -- the problem is that no one is very motivated to move unless they have to right now... by the way, I think that most decent homes in Redfield were selling over 600k before the market slowed.

I'll keep my ear to the ground, but don't know of anyone right offhand.
